Mr. Wood is an Australian mining entrepreneur with over 35 years experience in mineral exploration, project development and resource investment. He has founded multiple ASX, AIM and TSX listed resource sector companies including Hunnu Coal (A$500M sale), Avanco Resources (A$418M sale), Bellevue Gold (A$2B) and Steppe Gold (C$500M), Mongolia’s largest gold producer.

Mr. Wood holds an Honours degree in Geology from the University of New South Wales and a Graduate Certificate in Mineral Economics from the WA School of Mines. He is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and was awarded Mongolia’s highest civilian honour, the Order of the Polar Star.

Mr. Didugu brings expertise in corporate advisory, capital markets, and financial strategy, with a focus on structuring and financing high potential mining ventures. He has advised TSX and ASX listed resource companies and emerging ventures across restructurings, IPOs, RTOs, dual listings, and M&A transactions.

With a background in regulatory compliance and corporate governance, Mr. Didugu has overseen listing rule adherence, continuous disclosure obligations, and investor relations strategies for exploration and production companies. He has also served as Company Secretary and led due diligence committees for complex corporate actions. He is a founding partner of QCapital Partners, a mining-focused venture capital firm based in Australia. Mr. Didugu holds a Bachelor of Finance from the Australian National University.

Mr. Payment has 16+ years of experience as a seasoned CPA with experience in finance, reporting, regulatory compliance, public company administration, equity markets, and the financing of publicly traded companies. Since 2014 has served as a CFO and consultant to a portfolio of companies listed on both the TSX Venture Exchange and the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE).

Mr. Payment has extensive involvement across the natural resource, technology, and retail sectors, and holds a BBA from Simon Fraser University and a CPA, CA designation earned in 2009.

Mr.  Thompson is a senior mining executive with 40 years of experience working globally in the mining industry covering the full cycle of mining from exploration, construction, operations and reclamation. Mr. Thompson has served as Chief Operating Officer of Imperial Metals since 2022, having previously held the position of Vice President of Operations from 2018, and served on the Brixton Metals board from 2018 until recently. Previously, Mr. Thompson has held positions in Placer Dome, Barrick Gold, Goldcorp, and Equinox Minerals. In Addition, Mr. Thompson has been appointed to and has advised multiple junior explorers and operators, including Rockhaven Resources.

From 2012 to 2017, Mr. Thompson served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Huckleberry Mines Ltd., where he led the approximately $100 million expansion of the Huckleberry Mine. Prior to that, he served as Project Director for the construction of the US$450 million Jabal Sayid copper mine in Saudi Arabia for Equinox Minerals.
